R²IP™ ORDER INFORMATION

The R²IP™ standard unit has 226 tokens, a 50-50 split of awards & phrases. The minimum order is one (1) standard unit. Promotional posters are included with the R²IP™ shipment.

The order form is a step-by-step guide for ordering R²IP™ tokens. PRINT a copy of the order form and complete the information requested.

• Complete the order shipping and contact information.
  
• Select the method for determining how many R²IP™ tokens you will receive. Both methods determine how may Standard Units you should purchase and the remittance amount.

1. Employee Basis.
   The order form factor of 48 is for the optimal level of 4 tokens per employee each month for a year. You may vary the award frequency and/or program duration. It is recommended that the award frequency not be less than 2 tokens per month or the program duration less than 6 months.

   OR

2. Fixed Award Amount.
   The last step on the order form is to determine the total R²IP™ tokens purchased. Divide the number of total R²IP™ tokens by the total number of employees in the R²IP™ program. If this calculation results in a number less than 24, your R²IP™ program may not obtain the optimal frequency reinforcement.

• The tokens will arrive in about 3 weeks. While you are waiting:

1. Determine qualifying behaviors for R²IP™ tokens. Qualifying events need to observable or measurable. Previous injuries or inspection reports may give you some ideas.
2. Determining the program promotional elements. The kick-off meeting is your first chance to pass out R²IP™ tokens! Based on how many R²IP™ tokens you have purchased, you should also decide when and how R²IP™ tokens would be awarded.
