ACCIDENT PREVENTION SURVEYS

At Washington Manufacturers Council we are always looking for ways to improve your bottom line. And one of the best ways is helping you reduce your exposure to expensive L&I claims. With careful attention to accident prevention plans, you can significantly reduce on-the-job injuries and their costs. To assist you in this effort, we have provided checklist surveys so you can assess your accident prevention programs. Please take a moment to complete the appropriate survey(s) below. Once your survey is completed, your information will be emailed to our safety director, Bob Hauk, for a free phone evaluation.
